The Daily Prayer

This is quite simply the most powerful single resource we can point you to. The men of ABOB pray it regularly.  It’s not the short prayer we’re used to praying before meals or at bedtime. The Daily Prayer is simply one scripture after another. This will gird you up to face the day, take your place in the full work of Christ, center you in the truth, and disarm the Accuser.  This prayer will teach you, prepare you, protect you and free you.  Do it regularly and it will change you.

St. Patrick’s Breastplate

St. Patrick’s Breastplate is a popular prayer attributed to one of Ireland’s most beloved patron saints. According to tradition, St. Patrick wrote it in 433 A.D. for divine protection before successfully converting the Irish King Leoghaire and his subjects from paganism to Christianity.
